The method of adjusting the focal length of laser marking machine
An important step in using a laser marking machine is to adjust its focal length.Currently, there are two methods for adjusting the focal length of laser marking machines:resonant cavity lifting and worktable lifting.
The current mainstream is workbench lifting, and its mechanical principle is that the four corners of the workbench plane are supported by four light circles, with a screw rod in the middle; There are 4 guide sleeves on the base of the workbench, and a set of nut mechanisms in the middle. The nuts are transmitted 90 degrees through a pair of bevel gears, and a handle is rotated at the front of the workbench to adjust the height of the workbench. The mechanism is relatively complex in principle and has many parts, especially between the four light circles and the guide sleeve and screw due to processing accuracy issues, which can easily cause difficulties in the lifting process and result in twisting and swinging of the worktable surface while lifting.More importantly, such a mechanism has very poor mechanical strength and is not suitable for heavy workpieces.Long term use can cause the plane of the laser marking machine workbench to twist.
