The core optical components of the CO2 10/30/50/100/150 series laser marking machine are all imported products from the United States - CO2 RF laser from Coherent Company, high-speed scanning galvanometer from GSI Company, and Ronar Smith flat field focusing lens from the United States. This provides a reliable guarantee for the continuous high-speed and stable operation of the machine. CO2 RF laser is a gas laser with a laser wavelength of 10.6 μ m. Belonging to the mid infrared frequency band, CO2 lasers have relatively high power and electro-optical conversion rate. CO2 laser uses CO2 gas as the working substance. CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube. When a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, which can cause gas molecules to release laser. After expanding and focusing the released laser energy, laser processing can be carried out by deflecting it through a scanning galvanometer.
The marking software runs on the WINDOWS platform with a Chinese interface and is compatible with file formats of various software such as AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, etc., such as PLT, PCW, DXF, BMP, etc. It can also directly use SHX and TTF font libraries.
